Growing up with a family who loved being outdoors has resulted in nature always having a special place in my life. I find peace when sitting outside at night by the fire, kayaking on the lake, and hearing the waves crash on the shore. Tranquility hits me as I hike the woodlands of Maine or when my toes feel the warm sand that lies on the beach. My work is largely inspired by nature, abstraction, textures, and color.
